- Can I assign operatives to jobs in Boksit?
- Yes. You keep a list of your operatives (name, trade, contact details and a colour) and assign one or more operatives to each scheduled job. The calendar shows who is booked on each day.
- Can I see each operative's workload?
- Yes. Boksit builds per-operative workload views from the schedule, so you can see the jobs each person is booked on over a chosen period and filter the calendar by operative.
- Can I share a workload schedule with an operative?
- You can download an operative's workload as an Excel spreadsheet and pass it on to them yourself, for example by email or messaging. Operatives do not need a Boksit account and there is no separate operative login.
- Does Boksit schedule subcontractors?
- Scheduling in Boksit is built around your own operatives. There is no separate subcontractor scheduling feature; subcontractor costs can be recorded against projects in Job Costing.
