Set up the business once and reuse it everywhere.

Control Centre

Turn off what your business does not use.

The Control Centre lets businesses decide which optional sections appear in their Quote and Invoice workflow, keeping forms simpler when certain features are not needed. Currently supported controls include:

Document Template Designs

Choose how Quotes and Invoices are presented to customers.

Boksit provides document design options so businesses can select the layout and style that best suits their brand. Supplied designs include Clean White, Branded Background and Dark Premium.

Custom Template

Create or customise a document presentation that better matches your business branding and preferred layout. The Custom Template lets you adjust presentation options such as branding, colours and background rather than rebuilding a document from a blank canvas.

Common questions

What is the difference between a Content Template and a Document Template Design?

A Content Template stores reusable wording and structure for Quotes, Invoices, Purchase Orders and RAMS. A Document Template Design controls how a finished Quote or Invoice looks when it is presented to a customer.

Can I create my own document design?

Yes. As well as the supplied designs, Boksit includes a Custom Template so a business can adjust the presentation — such as branding, colours and background — to better match how it wants documents to look.

What does the Control Centre do?
