Boksit includes a built-in AI Description Assistant inside the Quote and Invoice editors. It turns rough job notes into professional descriptions and rewrites or improves existing wording without leaving Boksit, so there is no need to use ChatGPT or another AI tool separately and paste the result in.

It works on the Main Description and General Description wording of a Quote or Invoice. AI suggestions remain editable and are only applied to the document when you choose to use them. The assistant helps with wording — it does not price work, calculate totals or produce a legally complete scope of works, and its output should be checked before it is sent to a client.
