How the product connects
Most jobs follow the same path through Boksit.
- Stage 1
Client
- Stage 2
Quote
- Stage 3
Project Centre
- Stage 4
Progress, Additional Works and payments
- Stage 5
Invoice or Project Report
- Stage 6
Completion
Individual businesses may use only the features they need. A sole trader might use Quotes and Invoices alone, while a larger team may use Project Centre, Additional Works, RAMS and the Client Portal together.
Who is Boksit for?
Boksit is designed primarily for tradespeople, contractors and small service businesses that need to manage customer work without using several disconnected systems. It suits businesses that quote work, run jobs over days or weeks, deal with changes in scope and need to keep clients informed.
More than Quotes and Invoices
Boksit connects document creation with the rest of the job:
- Project management
- Client communication
- Additional work approvals
- Progress tracking
- Financial tracking, including payments and outstanding balances
- RAMS
- Reusable Content Templates
- Document Template Designs, Settings and the Control Centre
- Scheduling and Reminders
- Purchase Orders
- Documents and Notes
- Bookkeeping
Guided learning built into Boksit
Boksit includes an Interactive Tour: a guided walkthrough that runs inside the app and highlights the next step on real screens. It helps new users understand how Quotes, Projects, Additional Works, Documents and other tools fit together while they use them, rather than relying only on written instructions.
Demo Mode and the Interactive Tour allow you to explore Boksit using fictional data before using your own business information. Demo data is never saved, and feature guides remain available from the Help button on each screen once the tour is finished.
